Local pick-up is available at 2 location Monday - Sunday 9am -7pm. Once you order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email.

SHIPPING

FREE shipping on order over $100.

If you place an order that contains pre-order items, none of your items will be shipping until the pre-order items are ready to be shipped. 
To avoid delays, pre-order items should be ordered separately. 

All orders are processed within 7 days unless items have to be ordered to complete your purchase. Once your order is ready to be shipped, standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Rustic High is not responsible for: 

• Delays with USPS
• If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
• If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred to re-ship your package. 
• Lost, damaged, or packages marked as delivered. To file a claim with the carrier, please follow the link below.
